NACHI angular contact ball bearing can bear radial load and axial load at the same time. The higher the rotating speed, the bigger the contact angle and the higher the axial bearing capacity.
Single-row bearing can only bear axial load in one direction, and additional axial force will be caused when bearing radial load. It limits only axial displacement of the shaft or housing in one direction.
If the NACHI angular contact bearing is installed in pairs, the outer rings of a pair of bearings shall be opposite, i.e. the wide end face to the wide end face, and the narrow end face to the narrow end face. In this way, additional axial forces are avoided and the shaft or housing is confined to the axial play in both directions.
Secondly, there are three kinds of nominal contact angles: 15 °, 25 ° and 40 °. The bigger the contact angle of NACHI is, the higher the axial bearing capacity is. The contact angle of 15 ° is usually taken for high-precision and high-speed bearings. Under the action of axial force, the contact angle will increase. At present, there are more than 70 kinds of modified structures of angular contact ball bearings.
Generally, the inner ring or outer ring is provided with locking notch, and the inner and outer rings cannot be separated. The outer ring is heated and expanded and assembled with the inner ring, rolling element and retainer assembly. More balls than the deep groove ball bearing, larger rated load in the ball bearing, strong rigidity and stable operation. The radial clearance can be adjusted by mutual displacement of inner and outer rings. Often used in pairs and preloaded to improve NACHI bearing stiffness.
